REFUND POLICY

1. Returns are accepted within 14 days of the date that you received your order.

2. Books and supplies may be accepted for 100% refund or credit only if they have not been damaged, or marked in.

3. No refunds will be given for books or items under $10.00.

4. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the reason for the return is an error made by Boyd Education Express.com

4. Refunds will be charged back to the credit/debit card that was used for the purchase.

5. Returned items shipped back after the time frame indicated above cannot receive a refund.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

We are unable to accept returns for:

Purchases under 10.00

The store can not refund back to your PayPal account. If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item you purchased using PayPal, you can request a refund for your purchase. PayPal has a Resolution Center that allows PayPal to mediate between sellers and buyers.

Canceling or Modifying an Order

An item may be canceled up until payment has been processed. Once payment has been processed, the buyer is responsible for payment.
